Customer Services Agent
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join the Customer Services Department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To take calls from Inbound Customers regarding renewals for Motor, Home, bike and any other products as they are launched or any other queries
- To make Outbound calls presented through Outbound Dialler to existing Customers as required
- Process Mid Term Adjustments as required
- Convert Renewals to sales
- Liaising with Team managers
- Adherence to current company policies and guidelines in particular the business Code of Conduct & any Central Bank regulatory requirements
- Be proactive to identify and follow opportunities to retain existing customers
- Any other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- 1-2 years Previous personal lines insurance experience
- Experience of insurance industry systems (Relay etc) a distinct advantage
- Insurance qualifications / progress towards qualifications (APA, CIP, IFC etc) ideally
- Previous Call Centre experience preferable
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Self Motivated
- Likes Challenges
- Ability to meet targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Excellent IT skills
- Fluency in English is essential
